Yefimchyk’s extreme diet, which included consuming around 16,500 calories daily through seven meals consisting of hefty portions of steak and sushi, is believed to have contributed to the strain on his cardiovascular system.
Antonio Souza
On August 3, 2024, the bodybuilding world was rocked by the tragic passing of 27-year-old Brazilian competitor Antonio Souza. Souza suffered a fatal cardiac arrest while performing on stage at the 2024 Open Bodybuilding Championship in Nevagantes, Brazil. Despite immediate medical attention, Souza could not be revived.
