Adnan Sami was born on August 15, 1971, in London, England, to Pakistani Air Force pilot Arshad Sami Khan and Indian mother Naureen Khan from Jammu and Kashmir. His father later became a senior bureaucrat and served as Pakistan’s ambassador to 14 countries. Adnan has a brother named Junaid Sami Khan, who is also a singer.
