Former Fox Sports Stylist Sues Bayless, Taylor Over Misconduct

Noushin Faraji, a former hairstylist at Fox Sports, has filed a lawsuit accusing multiple figures at the network—including a high-ranking executive, former FS1 host Skip Bayless, and current FS1 host Joy Taylor—of various forms of misconduct. The lawsuit, which was obtained by Front Office Sports, alleges that the executive abused his position to sexually harass women. It also claims that Bayless made an inappropriate offer to Faraji, propositioning her with $1.5 million in exchange for sexual favors, an offer she rejected.

Faraji, who worked at Fox Sports from 2012 until her departure last August, outlines several instances of harassment in the 42-page legal complaint. Among the allegations, she asserts that Skip Bayless engaged in inappropriate physical contact, such as “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek” while pressing his body against hers and making contact with her chest. Despite her efforts to rebuff these advances, including revealing her health struggles, including ovarian cancer, Bayless‘ behavior allegedly continued.

The lawsuit also includes accusations against Joy Taylor, claiming that she used sexual relationships with prominent executives and personalities to secure a prominent role at Fox Sports. This suggestion points to a broader pattern of leveraging personal relationships for career advancement within the network.

The legal filing names multiple defendants, including Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, network EVP Charlie Dixon, and hosts Bayless and Taylor. It also seeks class-action status, pointing to systemic issues regarding workplace conduct at the network. Faraji alleges that when she reported the harassment to HR, the department failed to act properly, effectively protecting the accused.

Fox Sports has responded by stating that it takes these allegations seriously but declined to offer further comment, citing the ongoing legal proceedings. The lawsuit comes amid significant changes at Fox Sports, including Skip Bayless‘ departure in August following the conclusion of his contract.
