She was raised by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fisher, and possibly with siblings whose names are not publicly known. She excelled academically from a young age.

Rah Digga graduated as a salutatorian from a private school in Maryland. After scoring 1300 on the SATs, she pursued a degree in electrical engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
