Okechukwu Christopher Ofala Okechukwu Okagbue was born on June 23, 1987, in Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria. He hails from a royal lineage as the son of His Royal Highness Obi Ofala Okechukwu Okagbue, who served as the Obi of Onitsha for 31 years, and Lolo Ogechukwu Clara Okagbue, known for her poise and dedication to her family.

Raised in a household that valued tradition and excellence, Chris developed a strong sense of discipline and ambition from an early age.

He comes from a large and accomplished family with five siblings. His older sister, Sandra Okagbue, is a renowned model and former beauty queen.
