She is the daughter of Somesh Chadda, a businessman, and Kusum Chadda, a professor of political science.
She has four younger brothers: Pranav Chadha, a musician; Justh, a chartered accountant, singer, and songwriter; Trishabh Chadda; and Anshuman Chadda.
Chadha completed her schooling at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya in New Delhi.
