Ashley ShahAhmadi was born on June 23, 1992, in the United States of America. Iranian father, who immigrated when he was fourteen, was born and raised in the United States.

He later wed Saint Cloud, Minnesota native Cheryl Rebeshke, Ashley’s mother. Ashley spent her formative years in Atlanta, Georgia, with her two brothers, Aryon and Brandon.

She always wanted to work as a sideline reporter for the NBA. She attended Marrieta Kell High School because basketball was her interest there, where she honed her shot-blocking abilities.

Being the team’s second-leading scorer and contributing 50% of the team’s points was her favourite high school basketball moment.

When Ashley was in seventh grade, her mother took her to an Atlanta Hawks game where she saw a well-dressed woman with a microphone in her hands conversing with the Hawks head coach courtside.

2016 Ashley relocated to Jackson to work as a weekend sports anchor for WAPT-TV. In 2018, she agreed to work in Atlanta as a Social Media Content Producer/Host for Fox Sports South/Southeast.
