In a candid moment, DJ Cuppy revealed, “One of the things I have learned is saying no. I had one of the worst years of my life last year because I couldn’t say no.” She expressed remorse for not declining opportunities and commitments that ultimately led to burnout, including her engagement to Ryan Taylor.

Recalling the challenging period, she admitted, “I didn’t say no to opportunities that I should have said no to.
