Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams (born 30 June 1978) is a South African politician and businesswoman.
She is the current Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies of the Republic of South Africa.
The public office holder is the Telecommunications and Postal Services in the cabinet of Cyril Ramaphosa minister.

Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams was born on the 30th day of June 1978.
She is the firstborn of six children. She was raised in a Christian household. Her parents were pastors.
She was born in Sakhela village in South Africa. She was raised in the Eastern Cape region of South Africa.
Education
Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams attended Holy Cross Senior Secondary School and graduated from Wits University with a degree in Policy and Regulation Management.
She obtained an advanced certificate in project management at Rhodes University and a diploma in telecommunications and management systems.
Career
Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams is currently the Minister of Communications of the Republic of South Africa, an office she started on the 22nd day of November 2018. She oversaw the unification of the South African ministries of Communications, Telecommunications, and Postal Services in 2019.
This unification brought about the Department of Communications and Digital Technologies.
She launched the project Building a Fourth Industrial Revolution Army, a skills forum that aims to teach skills development and capacity building for the youths.
She has greatly promoted the use of technology in rural areas and villages and ensured that a great number of schools in rural areas received computer labs with internet connectivity and educational software.
She was a Project Manager for the Eastern Cape Socio-Economic Consultative Council from 2003 to 2009 and has served as a member of different parliaments including

Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams is currently married to Thato Abrahams. Their union is blessed Ruth’s three children.
She was at the center of a national controversy in April 2020 as she disobeyed the lockdown rules in South Africa and visited Mduduzi Manana.
This action brought great criticism to her and the current South African president, Cyril Ramaphosa made her release a public apology which she promptly did, and have her reasons for flouting the rules. She was punished by suspension without pay for two months and was fined for her actions.
