Gregory Charles Rivers was an actor who married actress Bonnie Cheung. The couple married in March 1989 and lived together for over 20 years, but they did not have any children together. Tragically, Bonnie Cheung passed away from an illness a few months before Gregory died in 2024.

On February 2, 2024, Gregory Rivers was found dead in his home in Tai Au Mun village at the age of 58, in what appeared to be a charcoal-burning suicide. The death of his wife Bonnie seems to have deeply impacted Gregory, leading him to take his own life just months later.
