Early Life & Education

In Santa Monica, California, Robert Redford was born Charles Robert Redford, Jr. to Martha Hart and Charles Robert Redford. He has a brother named William Redford.

He is of Scottish-Irish origin, and his family moved to Van Nuys, California, when he was a child. Aged 88 years, he was born on the 18th of August in 1936.
