She rose to fame in the 1980s as Jamie Powell on the sitcom Charles in Charge, which ran for five seasons.

 Nicole Eggert was born on January 13, 1972, in Glendale, California, United States. She was raised by her parents, Rolf Eggert and Gina Eggert. Eggert grew up alongside her sister, April Eggert.

She attended the University of Texas at Austin – Red McCombs School of Business. Eggert’s ethnicity is white, and her religion is Christianity.

Career

 Eggert landed a role in Rich and Famous opposite Jacqueline Bisset and Candice Bergen, playing Bergen’s character’s young daughter. That same year, she provided the voice of Dennis’s archrival, Margaret Wade, in the animated film Dennis the Menace.

Eggert had a recurring role on “Who’s the Boss?” from 1985-1986 and then starred on the sitcom “Charles in Charge” in 1987. In 1989, she hosted the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards and was the first guest star on “The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!”

From 1992-1994, Eggert was featured as a lifeguard on the TV series “Baywatch.” She was originally supposed to be on a “Baywatch” spin-off. In 1996, she appeared on an episode of “Married… with Children.”

In 2004, Eggert played Ginger on the reality show “The Real Gilligan’s Island.” She later appeared on the 2007 VH1 show “Scott Baio Is 45…and Single” with her “Charles in Charge” co-star.

Eggert participated in the 2010 “Celebrity Fit Club” season on VH1. In 2013, she was part of the ABC celebrity diving show “Splash, cast,” though she denied sustaining serious injuries during taping.
