Additionally, Peju Ogunmola is the sister of Yomi Ogunmola, a beloved Yoruba actor who passed away in 2003. Peju Ogunmola is an alumna of Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife.

Peju Ogunmola has made a significant mark in comedy, playwriting, directing, and producing. Some of her most notable works include Maradona (2003), Mafi Wonmi (2008), Toromade (2009), and Apaadi.
