Early Life And Education
Svetlana Veličković, born on June 14, 1973, in Prokuplje, SR Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia, she is the daughter of Mira and Slobodan Veličković. She has a younger sister named Lidija Ocokoljić.
Ceca attended a Veterinary School, completing her primary and secondary education with a focus on agriculture. She graduated from a high school specializing in pig farming. Ceca is of Serbian ethnicity, though her religious beliefs are not publicly known.

Ceca began her music career as a child after being discovered by Serbian accordionist Mirko Kodić, who brought her to Belgrade for her recording debut. Over the next few years, she released Ja još spavam u tvojoj majici (1994) and Fatalna ljubav (1995), which produced several hit songs like “Volela sam te” and “Beograd.” In 1996, Ceca also starred in the film Impure Blood, based on Borisav Stanković’s novel.

Personal Life
Ceca was married to Serbian mobster and paramilitary leader Željko Ražnatović, widely known as Arkan. They married in 1995 and had two children together: Veljko and Anastasija.
