Early Life And Education

Kang Dae-sung was born in Itaewon, South Korea, on April 26, 1989. He was raised by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kang, and grew up with a sister named Kang Bora.

Kang Dae–sung attended Kyeongin High School and later enrolled at International Cyber University. He then went on to study at Kyung Hee University’s Seoul Campus. Kang Dae-sung’s ethnicity is South Korean, and his religion is Christianity.

Career

Kang Dae-sung first rose to fame as a member of the massively popular K-pop group Big Bang, which debuted in 2006 and became one of the world’s best-selling boy bands.
