Early Life
Darkoo was born to Nigerian parents on the 19th Of September 2001. She was born in the busy city of Yaba, in Lagos State, Nigeria. She belongs to the Yoruba tribe and hails from the South-West region of Nigeria. Her birth name is Oluwafisayo Isa and her gender is female.
She spent a part of her formative years living with her parents in their apartment in Yaba. In 2008, Darkoo and her family emigrated to the United Kingdom, searching for greener pastures. She was seven years old at the time.
Darkoo‘s family took up residence in South London, renting an apartment and beginning a new life. Since then, she has been living in London, completing her elementary and high school education in the city.

The game-changer for Darkoo‘s career happened when she was eighteen. In 2019, she released the single, Gangsta featuring British rapper One Acen. The single blew her career to the roof as it amassed thousands of streams within weeks of its release. The song also went viral on the social media app TikTok and was used as the background song in many videos.
