Olha Yuriivna Polyakova was born on January 17, 1979, in Vinnytsia, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union. She is the daughter of Svitlana Polyakova, a pediatrician who teaches at a diplomatic academy, and Hennadii Polyakova, a musician. During her mother’s medical studies, Polyakova was primarily raised by her maternal grandmother. Information about her having any siblings is not publicly known.
