Rebbie Jackson was born on 29 May 1950 in Gary, Indiana, United States, and was the fifth child of Katherine and Joe Jackson.

Growing up, She had 10 siblings: La Toya Jackson, JohVonnie Jackson, Brandon David Jackson, Janet Jackson, Jermaine Jackson, Jackie Jackson, Marlon Jackson, Michael Jackson, and Randy Jackson.

And was raised in a musically inclined family. After graduating from Theodore Roosevelt High School in Gary in 1968, she embarked on a successful music career and became known as the “First Lady of the Jackson Family.”
