Rashad Spain (born October 8, 1993), addressed professionally as Saucy Santana, is a gifted American rapper, songwriter and makeup artist from Compton, California. He is best known for his singles walk-in and Drip. He has also been featured on songs by Cardi B, Wiz Khalifa, and Kodak Black.
He began his career as a makeup artist at a MAC Cosmetics store. He later transitioned into music, and his debut single, Walk In, was released in 2018. The song was a success, and Saucy Santana has since released several more singles and EPs. He is currently signed to Atlantic Records.

Early Life
Rashad Spain, popularly known as Saucy Santana, was born and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA, on October 8, 1993. He was raised by a single mother called Teresa Harris. He spent most of his childhood in Bridgeport before relocating to Florida with his mother at age 10.
After relocating to Florida, he started his musical career. Although he started working as a makeup artist for City Girls and started rapping professionally in February 2019, when he created a theme song for the podcast that he hosted with his friends at the time.
In 2008, at the age of 17, Saucy Santana came out to identify himself as gay. His gender is male.
Personal Life
Saucy Santana and two others were shot in a drive-by shooting in Miami in December 2019. He, hospitalized for his injuries, stated that he believes the shooting was motivated by homophobia.
He said, “I got shot in the top of my shoulder, you were aiming at my face or at my head, which he believed will be an instant kill.” This incident inspired him to write the song You Can’t Kill Me.

Saucy Santana appeared on the single Food Stamp Hoe by American rapper Sukihana in August 2021. His 2020 track Walk went viral in 2021 after being featured in the TikTok #WalkChallenge, earning him the endorsement of American rapper Nicki Minaj.
