Early Life
The sisters known as VanJess were born in Lagos, Nigeria. They spent the first eight and ten years of their life in the city before emigrating with their mother to the United States of America.
They were raised in Cerritos, California where they attended elementary, middle, and high school.
Career
The duo started performing together in talent shows while still in middle school.
In 2009, the sisters released a video of the song, Lady Gaga on YouTube which has garnered over 5 million views so far.
In 2015, they released their debut EP titled, 00 till Escape. The EP made waves worldwide and charted iTunes’ top ten for several months.
