Furthermore, Auswell and Joyce Mashaba‘s company, Clear Bubbles Trading 100, expended R8.4 million in cash on a luxury guesthouse in Waterkloof, Pretoria.
In February 2014, Mashaba‘s second company, Avraspark, acquired a fourth plot of land near Hoedspruit for R3 million. Additionally, he invested R12 million through Zetacor Six in April 2014 to secure a fifth plot of land.
