Ernest Nnaemeka Azudialu Obiejesi, widely known as Obijackson, was born on April 17, 1960, in Okija, Anambra State, Nigeria. He is the son of Chief Azudialu-Obiejesi, a successful businessman and owner of DA Ifeanyi & Brothers Trading Company.

While details about his siblings remain unknown, his early education included attending New Bethel Primary School and Dennis Memorial Grammar School in Onitsha, followed by Government College in Owerri, Imo State, where he earned his Higher School Certificate.
