Early Life

Jeffrey Lewis was born in 1970 in Orange County, California. He graduated from Mater Dei High School in 1988. He attended the University of Southern California and Chapman University, where he studied pre-law and political science.

In late 2008, Ashley Jensen and Terence Beesley, who lived next to a house in Los Feliz that Lewis was renovating, obtained a restraining order against him. The dispute arose when Lewis’s deck extended beyond the property line onto Jensen and Beesley’s property.

Beesley and Jensen sued and were awarded $100,000 for an easement. Lewis reacted negatively, prompting Beesley and Jensen to obtain a restraining order. 2009, the parties settled, agreeing on a $30,000 easement and allowing the deck to remain.

Career

Jeffrey Lewis began his career as a real estate agent after graduating from college in 1993. Before becoming a well-known house flipper and interior designer in the United States, he studied pre-law and political science at USC and Chapman University.
