Early Life & Education

Born in a prominent Christian family, Bro Anil Kumar felt his first call at the early age of nine, and he committed his life totally to God while in school. He was born in 1958 in a city located in India.

After growing up as an exemplary student, he joined International Pentecostal Holiness Church after graduating from Regional Engineering College (REC), Warangal, and pursued post-graduation from Osmania University under scholarship. 

Bro Anil Kumar was born into a Hindu Brahmin family in Mangalore, Karnataka State, South India. Mr. Prakash Rao Nadiger, his father, was a lawyer, and his mother, Mrs. Saraswathi Nadiger, was devoted to her husband and children. 

Bro Anil Kumar lost his father when he was just 11 years old, leaving him to care for his mother, who had multiple sclerosis, as well as his four younger brothers and sisters. To make ends meet at the time, he worked as a server in restaurants and sold newspapers at traffic lights.

Bro Anil Kumar graduated from IIT Bombay from Imperial College, and after that, he shifted to The Wharton School, USA.

Bro Anil Kumar’s first wife’s name is Y. S. Sharmila Reddy, and she is known for her political business family. Her father is Dr. Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy.
