Meet Kamala Harris’ Stepchildren: Ella Emhoff and Cole Emhoff

A graduate of Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in fine arts with a concentration in apparel and textiles, Ella has combined her passion for design with a modern aesthetic. She’s also a member of The 3% Movement, an organization focused on increasing the number of women creative directors in the United States.

In 2021, Ella made her New York Fashion Week debut and quickly gained attention after appearing at the Biden-Harris inauguration. This led to her signing with IMG Models. Shortly thereafter, she made her runway debut at Proenza Schouler, showcasing her unique style and confidence.

Cole Emhoff, born September 15, 1994, is the stylish and laid-back stepson of Vice President Kamala Harris and son of U.S. Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff. He’s the cool cousin you wish you had but with better hair.

Cole graduated from Colorado College in 2017 with a degree in psychology, because who needs a degree in finance when you can just psychoanalyze your friends? He’s currently an executive assistant at Plan B Entertainment, a production company co-founded by Brad Pitt. So, if you need someone to fetch you a latte and take care of your social media, he’s your guy.

Cole enjoys wearing Birkenstocks and shorts to political events in his spare time because who needs a suit when you can be comfortable? He’s also engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Greenley Littlejohn because even cool cousins need someone to love.
