She is popularly known for her short YouTube videos, which she started uploading back in 2012. She would upload short inspiring videos. Amongst the videos are her LGBT advocating videos which won her over 600k subscribers and a YouTube shorty award. 

When Shannon Beveridge started her YouTube channel, she named it NowThisIsLiving. She would show the world why they should never feel ashamed of being themselves and why they should come out of the closet. 

Many people felt inspired by her courage and open-mindedness in 2012 when the LGBT group wasn’t fully absorbed into society.

Shannon Beveridge was born on the 19th of March 1992 in Carrollton, Texas, United States. She spent most of her childhood there with her family in Norman, Oklahoma. That is where she also had her early schooling at local primary and high schools. 

She later moved to Los Angeles, where she began her university schooling at the University of Oklahoma, where she is said to have been in a sorority, which is a female group in a college or university. 

Shannon Beveridge‘s advocacy for females and the LGBTQ group started way back in her university days. She realized she was into public speaking and self-awareness then. She then decided that she would be a YouTuber in the nearest future.
