Anthony Davis is a professional American basketball player who plays for the NBA’s New Orleans Pelicans. He can play centre and power forward. In the 2012 NBA draft, New Orleans selected Davis first overall.

On March 11, 1993, Anthony Davis was born in Chicago, Illinois. His mother, Erainer, and father, Anthony Davis Sr., are over six feet tall. Davis’s height is, hence, due to his heredity.
