Fallon Sherrock began playing darts at the county youth level at the age of 17, inspired by her parents, Sue and Steve, who played the game recreationally. She represented the England Youth team in the girls’ singles division at the 2011 WDF Europe Cup Youth tournament while playing for the Bedford Darts Organisation.

Sherrock experienced significant success early in her career. She won the Girls World Masters in 2012 and the Women’s Jersey Open that same year. She followed this up with a victory in the Women’s British Classic in 2013. Despite being offered a place to study forensic science at university, Sherrock chose to focus on her darts career after completing her A-level examinations.

Sherrock’s breakthrough moment came at the 2020 PDC World Championship, where she became the first woman to beat a man at the event.
