Terry Apala who is a 36 years old Nigerian afrobeat singer infuses the genre of music known as Apala into his music style; Apala is a popular traditional musical genre in Nigeria.

Terry Apala ventured into entertainment at the age of 12 with a group called Mezo Soprano; A dance team whose notable performance was at Kanu Heart Foundation in 2000.
