Projects Dropped by Some Nigerian musicians in 2023

As of 2023, Nigerian musicians have released many musical projects across various genres. From Afrobeats to hip-hop to R&B, Nigerian artists have continued pushing their craft’s boundaries and delivering high-quality content to their fans.

Some notable releases include Timeless by Davido, which has smashed several records and is still doing wonders. Rave and Roses (deluxe) by Rema also received critical acclaim and features collaborations with international artists such as Selena Gomez.

Newer artists such as Tems, Omah Lay, and Bella Shmurda have also made waves with their unique sounds and have gained international recognition.

Furthermore, several collaborative projects have been between Nigerian and international artists, such as Davido‘s Timeless album featuring appearances from Angelique Kidjo, Musa Keys, Asake, etc.
